Due to our highly affordable prices and strong demand of our products, once your order has been processed and shipped we cannot offer any cancellations, refunds or returns. We ship really, really quickly which is why our customers love us and keep coming back.

Please understand that we are a family owned and operated business that is aiming to offer the best prices for products that are urgent. These products also have have sanitary expectations and regulations that do not allow us to take returns. We cannot offer any returns, cancellations or refunds once orders have been processed & shipped.


UPS, FedEx, and USPS are all experiencing delays due to the stay-at-home order. We are committed to 24-48 hour turn around in shipping but do not have control over the carriers shipping times. We ship from Texas so the expected time to receive the products can be 1 - 4 business days after it leaves our warehouse if there are no carrier delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

We understand that the need for your product is urgent, and we are during our best to get these to you quickly. We appreciate your understanding.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a complaint. After an item has been shipped, the responsibility of the item is on the purchaser. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping company. Once it has left our warehouse, the item is no longer our responsibility.

  • “I’m having delivery issues!”
    We aim to ship within 48 business hours. If the items are in stock, they are shipping from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. After we ship within 48 business hours it's in the hands of the shipping carriers where it may take anywhere from 1-4 business days to receive your package after shipment. Please note that due to COVID USPS and UPS are backed up so your shipping time may vary. All production and shipping days on the website are referred to in business days. Due to the popularity and high demand of our products standard production times are estimated times and may vary.

  • “Can I upgrade to faster shipping?”
    Please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do for you. It may cost extra.

  • "Do you ship with or without the original box?"
    In order to drive down the costs of KN95 masks we ship without any boxes. For bulk orders we can ship with boxes at your request. The boxes may be sent flattened to avoid damages during shipment. The masks will still be wrapped inside the original plastic bags that came from the manufacturer.

  • “Cancellation and refund policy?
    If your order has not been processed and shipped you may cancel by reaching out to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your order is not shipped by the time you reach out due to lags in shipment to order updates but we will do our best to cancel your order if we can. Unfortunately, due to our affordable prices, the sanitary regulations with the products we sell and the high demand for them, all sales are final and non-refundable.
