No. The 8200 is an economical unvalved cup respirator. It keeps the design simple and lightweight, so exhaled air passes back out through the filter media rather than a valve.
It is built for dusty work such as sanding, drywall cutting, sweeping, sawing, wood working, fiberglass insulating, yard work, grinding and dusting, and helps filter pollen, mold spores and allergens. Do not use it for gases, vapors, oil aerosols, asbestos, lead or abrasive blasting.
Head straps. Two stretchable headbands are stapled to the cup and go over the head and behind the neck, which keeps pressure off your ears during long wear.
