The first time I wore one of these with just a little bit of pee it leaked onto my dress and down the side of my thighs. It is very poorly made. Now I know why it is so cheap at only $11. These are the exact pull-up briefs that my husband was using during his convalescence. Slightly better fit and more affordable than a similar product purchased from Walmart. Extremely absorbent, comfortable under clothes.
