Introduced to this product by a nurse. It really helps keep the colostomy wafer in place between changes. We had a run of having to change the wafer daily ( horribly expensive and skin damaging) but since using this slightly tacky skin prep, no further issues.

I developed urinary incontinence after my prostatectomy so I have to wear condom catheters.The ones I use have adhesive which ensures a good seal.Problem is when removing the condom... OUCH it can hurt.I wipe this on before I roll on the condom. When it's time to change.. rolling off is much easier.

These prep wipes really help with both adhesion and removal of my urostomy pouch. Just wipe around the stoma after removing any adhesive residue as normal. I use them to wipe on my very thin skin before putting on a bandaid or any kind of adhesive to help remove it & keep from ripping my skin when it needs to be changed.
