Poonam Patel, born in Dallas, Texas, discovered her passion for nursing at the age of 10 when her cousin's illness led her to witness the compassionate care provided at a children's hospital. After obtaining a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Nursing from the Texas Woman's University, Poonam worked as an inpatient & outpatient nurse, working closely with patients suffering from chronic illnesses like diabetes, cystic fibrosis, epilepsy and more. She also served as a clinical consultant for health insurance and is now building a virtual concierge service to help individuals manage their health.
Alongside her professional pursuits, she enjoys sports, spending time with her family, and cooking. Poonam's calling to help others brings her immense joy and fulfillment as she strives to make a positive impact on people's lives.
