WellBefore Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 20th, 2025

Thank you for your interest in the WellBefore Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must be existing WellBefore customers with at least one prior purchase.
  • Employees of WellBefore and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How It Works

  • To join the referral program, the referring customer must email support@wellbefore.com to request a referral code.
  • The referral code can then be shared with friends or family.
  • The referred person must be a new customer who has never made a purchase from WellBefore.
  • The referred friend receives a discount based on their order size:
    • Under $50: 10% off
    • $50–$100: 15% off
    • Over $100: 20% off

3. Referral Reward

  • Once the referred customer makes a successful purchase using the referral code, the referring customer will receive a WellBefore gift card worth 10% of the referred order total via email.
  • The gift card will be issued within 7 business days of the referred customer’s purchase.
  • Each successful referral earns one gift card. Your reward scales with the purchase — for example:
    • $45 friend order → $4.50 gift card
    • $85 friend order → $8.50 gift card
    • $120 friend order → $12.00 gift card

4. Restrictions

  • Referral codes must be requested by the referring customer via email before sharing.
  • The gift card:
    • Is valid for one-time use only
    • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
    • Is non-transferable and has no cash value
    • Expires 30 days after being issued
  • Referrals must be legitimate; self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

5. Changes & Termination

  • WellBefore reserves the right to:
    • Modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time
    • Deny rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WellBefore is not liable for:
    • Lost, delayed, or undelivered emails
    • Technical errors in the referral process
    • Any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Program
