DermaRite's ComfortFoam dressing combines a soft silicone contact layer with a flexible polyurethane foam pad to create an optimal moist wound environment while minimizing pain and trauma at dressing changes. The low-profile adhesive border conforms to body contours for a secure fit and the vapor-permeable outer film helps prevent exudate leakage and allows showering during wear. Ideal for partial- and full-thickness wounds including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and traumatic wounds. Not made with natural rubber latex. Available in sizes such as 2 x 2 and heel/ elbow 5 x 8 and packaged in clinical box quantities to meet facility or home care needs.
