Horrible. The bottom of the pad has a split with no padding. Urine leaks through to underwear and clothing. I received these through the VA. It’s sad that this is the only option for guards that is available through the VA. A total waste of tax $. The only reason for a one star rating is that I did ...

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Try something else. I tried 3 of these and ended up with wet underwear and pants after only an hour with only a little discharge. If you have light incontinence these are far from the answer. Don't waste your money.
