ComfortFoam Self-Adherent Soft Silicone Foam Dressing by DermaRite combines a soft silicone contact layer, an absorbent polyurethane foam pad, and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film to create an optimal healing environment. The gentle silicone adhesive allows atraumatic removal, preserving skin integrity, while the foam core absorbs exudate and helps reduce the risk of maceration. The dressing provides thermal insulation, conforms comfortably to body contours, and can be cut to fit a variety of wound sizes. Depending on exudate levels and wound condition, it may be worn for multiple days to support ongoing wound management.
