Gentell Calcium Alginate Dressing, 4" x 4". These sterile calcium alginate dressings are made from advanced fiber-structured alginate to absorb, collect, and contain wound exudate. On contact with wound fluid the dressing forms a soft gel that helps maintain a moist environment ideal for tissue repair. Select dressings incorporate ionic silver for antimicrobial support and odor reduction. The non-adherent design helps minimize trauma and discomfort at dressing changes. Available sizes include 2" x 2", 4" x 4", 4" x 8", 6" x 6" and 10" x 10" and are offered as individual each pieces or in boxes of 5 or 10 for clinical convenience.
