Proximel Silicone Foam Dressing with No Border, 4" x 5". This silicone foam dressing combines a soft, atraumatic silicone contact layer with a highly absorbent foam core to manage exudate while minimizing pain and skin trauma on removal. It is indicated for a wide range of wounds including pressure ulcers, leg and foot ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds, donor sites, skin tears, and first- and second-degree burns. For dry or necrotic wounds it can be used in combination with gels.
