Advanced Three-Layer Construction

Each dressing consists of a sophisticated three-layer design: a soft, thick, and elastic polyurethane foam core sandwiched between an outermost breathable polyurethane film and a wound-contacting polyethylene net containing silver metal ions (Ag+). The unique edge-sealing technique prevents leakage even when the foam becomes saturated with exudates.
