This adult small tall size boot fits male shoe sizes 2-1/2 to 5-1/2 and female shoe sizes 3-1/2 to 6. The boot is suitable for immediate application following Achilles injury, reconstruction of Achilles tendon, and Sever's Disease. As rehabilitation progresses, wedges can be removed to gradually stretch the Achilles tendon.
