Normal blood pressure is generally below 120/80 mmHg. Readings consistently above 130/80 mmHg should be discussed with your healthcare provider. Always take readings at the same time of day, at rest, with your wrist at heart level.

Is a wrist monitor as accurate as an upper-arm monitor?
Wrist monitors are clinically accurate when used correctly — wrist positioned at heart level, sitting quietly, no talking. Upper-arm monitors are still considered the gold standard by most clinical guidelines; for home daily tracking, wrist monitors are a convenient, validated option. Discuss with your doctor which type is right for your situation.
What wrist size does this fit?
The nylon cuff fits wrist circumferences of 5.3" to 8.5" — covering the vast majority of adult wrist sizes.
How many readings can I store?
