The box top was missing and the box was torn in some places and beat up. I worry that maybe gloves were taken from other boxes and put into this box; possibly handled and not clean.

I had been getting my gloves form another source for yers, but they have not been available since the pandemic began. These gloves are fine, but not quite as well-suited to my need and substantially more expensive. But they are good gloves--just a personal preference and cost issue.
