The gauze pads themselves are a typical woven gauze for cleaning a wound. They will stick to a wound so don't use these direct on a wound if non stick is important for your needs. This is the same stuff the hospital uses to dress my burns. I'm not quite sure why they had me rate "adhesion" as it's not supposed to stick. It really doesn't have any sticky qualities at all...it's just gauze rolls. It's good quality gauze and it's been great for me. I'd recommend it for dress...
