Mepilex® Up is a non-bordered foam wound dressing designed for exuding wounds. This sterile 8 x 8 inch square dressing features silicone adhesive technology for gentle application and removal.

- Proprietary dimpled surface pattern spreads fluids in all directions, even against gravity
- Safetac® silicone adhesive adheres gently to intact skin but not to the wound bed
- Helps prevent damage to peri-wound skin and minimizes pain during removal
- Seals wound edges to prevent exudate leakage and reduce maceration risk
- Designed to contribute to longer wear time and fewer dressing changes
