Sizes follow the sling's dimensions in inches, so a larger size gives a longer sling for a longer forearm. The same padded pouch, shoulder strap and thumb loop are used in every size, and each one fits the left or right arm. Measure the forearm from elbow to the base of the fingers and pick the closest size; availability of each size can vary.
