Each pack holds 50 Prodigy blood glucose test strips in a resealable vial. There is no code to enter, so you can move straight from opening the vial to taking a reading. Store them dry, use one at a time, and keep the lid closed between tests.
A reading in about seven seconds
Apply a small blood sample and the strip delivers a quick result you can read on the meter display. The strips are made for all Prodigy meters, including the talking AutoCode meter, so testing stays fast and consistent day to day.
Capillary action and alternate site testing
The strip pulls the sample in with capillary action to make each test easy, and it is approved for alternate site testing so you have more options than the fingertip. Every strip is single-use for a clean test each time.
How to test in three steps
Insert a strip
Place a fresh strip into your Prodigy meter. There is no code to enter first.
Apply the sample
Touch a small blood sample to the strip and capillary action draws it in.
